New concept art: Nia

Hello readers! Just a short post this week, announcing the addition of another character to the Highmoor series “art” collection. This is Nia, one of the four major protagonists with perspectives that drive the story. She is the most headstrong of the main characters, in that she speaks her mind plainly and abruptly, and won’t back down from an argument if she knows she’s right. Some might regard her as ill-mannered, but Nia sees herself as honest. And she is always happy to settle a dispute with a duel, because she knows she will always win. Well, almost always.

As ever, I apologise for the cartoonish nature of the drawing. I would provide you with dark and poignant Rembrandt-esque masterpieces if I could, but alas – I do not have the time or the skill. And if I did, I wouldn’t be writing books.
